Actually, I wanted to shoot a photo depicting "trying to break free from the world surrounding me". However, everything changed in the process of editing the photo. As soon as I realized that this looked better with the Lens Flare filter, I changed the idea of the photo. The contrast (which is under +20) is to give a sense of depression, to link it with the original idea. And I like the overall result.
